Strova by Predixon is a charging management platform that lets you run your EV chargers from a single console. It is vendor-neutral: any charger that speaks OCPP can join. Today Strova works with OCPP 1.6J; 2.0.1 and 2.1 are next.

You sign in with a six-digit code sent to your e-mail. The menu on the left groups your work into five areas: monitoring, assets, users, reports and administration. Every screen is available in English and Turkish, switchable with one click.

The Overview is the summary of your network. For today, this week or this month you see how many charging sessions there were, how much energy was delivered and how many vehicles are charging right now, each with the change against the previous period. If you have set tariffs, revenue and margin are here too.

The chart shows energy by hour or by day, followed by your top stations and top users. Live connector status and open alarms are on the same page. Pick a site, and the whole page filters to it.

In Strova every station belongs to a site: a residential complex, a depot, a hotel car park or a mall. When you add a site you search the address and place the point on the map. Coordinates are required, because the map, the nearby-stations list in the driver app and open data all use this point.

Next you choose the site's usage type. Private use is a home, or a company charging its own vehicles on its own energy. Closed community is a residential site, a fleet or a workplace car park, where the cost goes to dues or an account. Public means a restaurant, hotel guests or a mall, where anyone can charge. This choice decides whether billing details and a plate are asked for before charging starts.

Tariffs are set per site: a price per kilowatt-hour for AC and for DC, the VAT rate and, if you like, your own energy cost. Every change is a new version. Old versions stay, and you can schedule a future price. For organizations in Turkey, the form shows the earliest moment a new price may take effect.

Each session is fixed to the tariff in force when it started, so a later price change never alters past sessions.

With the idle fee setting, Strova measures how long a car stays plugged in after charging ends and reports the potential fee. No fee is collected today; it is measurement only.

There are two ways to add a new charger. Predixon devices carry a serial number and a set-up code on their label. Type the code, or scan the label's QR code with your phone; the device joins your organization and connects by itself with its factory credentials.

For other brands you enter the charge point identity configured on the charger. Strova creates a password for it and shows it once. The installer enters that password and Strova's secure address on the charger. The connection always runs over an encrypted TLS channel.

You can also pick the brand and model from the catalog, so the power type, maximum power and connectors are filled in for you. When the charger first connects, Strova reads its settings and corrects any differences from the model's recommended settings.

The Compatible devices page lists the models tried with Strova. Each one carries an honest status: field tested, vendor declared or not tested yet. You can filter the list by brand, power and type, and download it.

The Stations page lists every charge point with its live status. The tiles at the top double as filters: click Faulted connectors and only those remain. You also choose which columns the table shows.

The Map shows the same stations by location. Colour and icon tell the status: available, charging, faulted or offline. Click a marker for a summary of the station.

At the top of the station page is the live status panel. For each connector you see its state and, while charging, live power, energy delivered, duration and, if the vehicle reports it, the battery level. If needed, you can stop a charge remotely with one click and a confirmation.

The tabs hold sessions, maintenance and fault records, a log of the raw messages exchanged with the charger, its configuration and remote commands. When a connector reports a fault, Strova opens a maintenance record by itself. The configuration tab shows the charger's value, the recommended value and any difference side by side.

Every connector has a QR code and a six-digit socket code. Print the labels, or, on chargers that support it, write the QR code straight to the charger's screen. At places like a factory or a workplace you can turn on free use, so charging starts from the charger's own screen without a card.

The Sessions page lists every charge in your organization, newest first. Search by card, driver, vehicle or plate, and choose a period. The end-type column tells you how each charge ended: completed, interrupted, or closed by Strova with the last known meter reading because the charger stopped reporting.

Open a session to see its charging curve: power, current, voltage and, if the vehicle reports it, the battery level. Below it are the charging stages: preparing, charging, paused by the vehicle or the charger, and the energy delivered in each.

The pricing section shows the amount with and without VAT, the energy cost and the gross margin. How long the car stayed plugged in after charging, its plate and where the plate came from are on this page too.

When a station goes offline, a connector reports a fault or a remote start fails, Strova opens an alarm and sends an e-mail, with times in your organization's time zone. When the problem clears, the alarm closes by itself and a "resolved" e-mail follows.

On the Alarms page you filter open and closed alarms by type. Acknowledging an alarm keeps it open until the problem is solved, but the team knows someone is on it. You choose who receives alarm e-mails per site, and you can add an outside service address too.

Strova also corrects some problems on its own: it puts back a charger setting that drifted from the recommended value, closes a session left open by a charger that stopped reporting using its last known meter reading, and warns you when a charger's clock drifts.

When several chargers run at once in a building, you must stay within the building's connection. Strova handles this with a charging power value for each site.

First it asks: are the chargers on their own meter, or do they share the building's meter? With their own meter, the whole contracted power goes to charging. With a shared meter you enter the contracted power and the building's peak consumption; Strova suggests a value with a safety margin, and you confirm or change it. You can also set a higher value for the night.

Strova shares this power between the vehicles charging at that moment and sends each charger its limit. If you tell Strova which phase a single-phase charger is on, sharing is more accurate per phase. The value is required at sites with more than one station, and Strova reminds you when it is missing.

Dynamic load management from a building meter is available as an advanced option. Either way, Strova does not replace the main fuse or any protective device; it helps keep charging within the connection.

In Strova, everyone who charges is a driver. You can add drivers yourself, or let them join with a join code. For every driver and every card you choose where they may charge: all sites, or only the ones you pick.

RFID cards are the simplest way, and they work even in car parks with no phone signal. Add a card, link it to a person, and block it with one click if needed. Fleets can use card groups to switch a whole group on or off together.

A join code makes it easy to bring in the people of a site or a fleet. Share the code, the link or the QR code; the person signs up with their e-mail and joins. With auto-approve on they can charge right away; otherwise the request waits under Pending requests for your approval. New cards that drivers request in the app wait there too.

When you have news, such as planned maintenance, you can e-mail your drivers in one go. Strova shows how many people it will reach before you send.

Drivers use the Strova Driver app. There is nothing to download from a store: scanning the QR code on the charger with the phone camera is enough. The page that opens shows whether the connector is free.

Tap Start charging and sign in with the six-digit code sent to your e-mail. Some chargers need the cable plugged in first; the app says so, and charging starts once it is. While charging you follow energy, power and time live, and stop whenever you like. When charging is complete, the app and an e-mail let you know, so you can unplug and free the spot.

The home screen lists nearby stations you may use, as a list or a map, with directions one tap away. No camera? Type the six-digit code on the socket.

Under My reports you see your charges by month, vehicle or card, and download them to Excel. Your vehicles, your cards and new card requests are here too. A monthly summary arrives by e-mail. You enter billing details in your profile, and you can delete your account yourself at any time.

For a fleet, the key question is which vehicle used how much energy. On the Vehicles page you register each vehicle with its plate, fleet number and battery size. Link a card to the vehicle; if the charger supports it, Autocharge recognises the vehicle without a card and books the charge to it automatically. You can assign a person responsible for each vehicle, who then sees all of its charges in the app.

The Depot view is the live board of your car park: which vehicle is on which connector, how much energy it has taken, its battery level and how long it has been charging, all at a glance. The bar at the top shows how much of the site limit is in use.

In Reports you see energy per vehicle and per driver, and download it to Excel.

At residential sites the most common request is simple: everyone pays for what they use. Strova does this with the monthly share statement.

Give each driver, card or vehicle a unit label, such as "Block A, Flat 12". At the end of the month the statement lists, per unit, the number of sessions, the energy in kilowatt-hours and the amount under your tariff, with free use in its own column. Download it as PDF or Excel and add it to the service charges.

If you like, the statement is e-mailed automatically to the site management or the accountant at the start of each month. It is for information; it is not an official invoice.

The easy way for a hotel to offer charging is a guest tab, which works like a restaurant bill. Turn on guest tabs at the site and enter the reception e-mail that receives the slips.

When a guest arrives, reception opens a tab with the room number. Strova creates a four-digit PIN and shows it only once. To register the room card, reception taps it on any charger at the site within two minutes, and the card is linked to that room. Without a card, the guest starts charging on the QR page with the room number and PIN.

After each charge a slip is e-mailed to reception, and to the guest if you wish. The slip is for information and is not an invoice; the hotel charges it to the room bill, and Strova takes no payment. Reception marks the slip as posted, closes the tab at check-out, and a summary is sent. If an unknown card is tapped, or a PIN is entered wrongly too many times, the screen tells you.

Restaurants use the same model with tables: staff open a table, start charging for that table straight from the console, and when the table closes the summary goes to the till. At the end of the day, export all slips to Excel.

The Reports page gives the energy delivered in any period by station, card, vehicle or driver, with amounts and margin, and exports to Excel in one click. For technical teams, the Meter values page filters and downloads the raw readings chargers send, by time range.

Profitability shows whether a site really makes money. First you define the parties, such as the site owner and the hardware and software providers. For each site you pick a contract; the ready-made templates include "break-even first", where the owner's share stays low until the site covers its fixed costs and rises after that. You also enter how you buy electricity, single-rate or three-rate.

The profitability panel shows every step from gross revenue to your own contribution as a waterfall. Site cards show the break-even point, utilisation, and suggestions for sites running at a loss. With the scenario calculator you try a new price, rent or contract without saving anything. When a month is over, you close the period, and a closed month never changes.

Raporlar sayfası seçtiğiniz dönemde verilen enerjiyi istasyon, kart, araç ya da şarj kullanıcısı bazında, tutar ve marjla birlikte verir; tek tıkla Excel'e alırsınız. Teknik ekip için ölçüm değerleri sayfası, cihazların gönderdiği ham ölçümleri zaman aralığına göre süzüp indirir.

A business that sells charging issues an invoice for every session. Strova does not issue invoices; your invoicing software does. Strova's job is to collect the details needed before charging starts, and to pass them to your invoicing software when charging ends.

The site's usage type decides what is asked. At a public site, billing details and a plate are required; at a closed community nothing by default; at private use, never. You decide the rules per site. For contract customers, it is enough to put the customer number from your invoicing software on the card, one by one or in bulk by CSV. App users enter their billing details once. A charge in progress is never stopped, even if a rule is switched on later.

On the Notifications page you choose who hears when a session starts or completes: e-mail, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or a webhook into your own system. Every webhook request is signed with a secret key and retried for 24 hours if it does not get through. Notifications carry no personal data. If you choose, billing details are added only to your own webhook, and only the organization owner can switch that on.

Online payment and paying by QR without an account are next; today Strova takes no payments.

You invite your team by e-mail, and the invitation comes with a code. Everyone has a role: owner, admin, operator, or viewer, who can only look. A site manager sees and manages only the sites assigned to them; for example, the manager of one residential site sees only that site. Permissions are enforced in the database, and every organization's data is kept apart.

The audit log records who did what and when: commands sent, settings changed, cards added.

Chargers connect to Strova only over an encrypted connection and with their own password. For chargers with a modem you can turn on the SIM lock: if the SIM changes, Strova warns you, or refuses the charger until the new SIM is approved. If a charger connects from an unfamiliar network, or from two places at once, an alarm opens.

Data is stored in the European Union, in Frankfurt. Drivers can delete their own accounts. Publishing your sites as open data is also a setting that only you can switch on.

For businesses that sell Strova through resellers, there are partner accounts. On the My customers screen a partner sees a summary of each linked customer: how many chargers are online, faults and open alarms, and this month's sessions and kilowatt-hours. The partner does not see the customer's drivers, cards or personal data.

If the customer needs help, they give the partner support access for one to thirty days from their own console. During that time the partner opens the customer's console with operator rights; a banner at the top always shows whose console it is and when access ends. Every action appears in the audit log as done through the partner. The customer can revoke access at any moment.

With the customer's permission, the partner can also receive charging notifications that carry no personal data. The monthly socket report gives the partner the number of active sockets per month, for their own invoicing.
